Our Works Department was born out of the need for guaranteed, quality repairs and maintenance. Traditionally, our own property portfolio had maintenance done only by ourselves although we quickly became inundated with requests for works by other landlords and letting agents who had seen the quality and standard of our work.
All works no matter how small are monitored through to completion by an allotted specialist, we insist on Customer Satisfaction Summaries after each job.
